With deepest sympathy a racial slur is hurled.  With deepest sympathy a brick is thrown through the window of a political rival’s headquarters.  With deepest sympathy a denied medical claim leads to ruin and worse.  With deepest sympathy a soldier is returned in a bag.  With deepest sympathy a leader is guilty of hypocrisy and sells honor to the richest campaign financer.  

With deep sympathy a woman’s right to choose is obstructed by fearful misogynists.

With deepest sympathy a banker is too unaware to realize the harm done.  With deepest sympathy our schools are killing grounds.  With deepest sympathy a physicist builds a bomb.  With deepest sympathy this country seems to be one of the dumbest places on earth!
